Some things we'd like you to know:

We aim for this event to be fun, wholesome, and heartwarming. Any presentation, activity, or game hosted by the NWA Center for Sexual Assault that centers conversations about sexual assault will use language that promotes prevention and education. This includes topics such as boundaries and consent. Some activities provide spaces for survivors to find support amongst other survivors.

This event allows us to combine a healing space for survivors with a lighthearted and joyful day in the park for the whole family.

Simple.

Easy.

Real.

PAWS OFF 2024 includes a variety of games and activities that everyone is welcome to join!

Here's how you can be part of the fun:

Can't make the whole day? No worries!

Folks who show up after the Dog Walk takes place can participate in everything else for $10/person.

In addition, the Vendor/Resource Fair, Crystal Bridges Mobile Art Lab, and Survivor Mural are free for anyone to join!

No matter how you participate, we are excited to share this day with you!

Disclaimer: The NWA Center for Sexual Assault is not liable and cannot be held responsible for any damages to persons or property that may occur during this event. Anyone who participates in a paid activity will be required to sign a waiver of consent. Thank you!

Dogs help us heal.

During this event, you will hear from professionals who work with dogs every day. From Search and Rescue missions to Animal-Assisted Therapy, dogs are hard at work improving the lives of their human companions. The NWA Center for Sexual Assault recently added a new four-legged member to our team. Meet Otto,  therapy dog-in-training!

He is excited to meet you at PAWS OFF 2024!
